Practice Administrator
Nicole recently joined Dr. Maxwell as the Practice Administrator. She comes to Maxwell Aesthetics after a long career in the cosmetic dentistry field. While living in New York, she attended NCC, Long Island. Nicole is a member of the MGMA and is extensively trained in The Pride Institute and Whitehall Practice Management. She brings a fresh energetic approach to the practice which she acquired from being personally trained by Tony Robbins. Nicole is excited to be a part of Maxwell Aesthetics as the practice grows to the next level.
Christine, RNc
Registered Nurse
A graduate of the University of Arizona School of Nursing, Christine has worked in cosmetic surgery for the past 7 years. She has extensive experience in emergency room medicine and surgery recovery. Christine is currently the primary injector for Botox, Dysport and fillers at Maxwell Aesthetics. Christine also works in the operating room and recovery of the Surgical Center.

Registered Nurse
Karen is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Karen has seven years of experience as an Emergency Room nurse and Pain Management nurse. She is excited to join the Maxwell Aesthetics team and is looking forward to transitioning to the Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Industry. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and participating in numerous outdoor activities. Karen prides herself in giving excellent care while making her clients feel special.
Carol d
Certified Surgery Technologist/First Assistant
Carol attended a degree program for surgical technology at Manchester Community College and the Hartford Hospital School of Allied Health. Carol became certified after graduating in 1981. She has many years of experience in all phases of surgery, as well as specializing as a certified ophthalmic technician and surgical assistant. Carol has continued her career by completing the National Institute of First Assisting Program and most recently has become ACLS certified.

Office Manager and Credentialing Coordinator
Randi has thirty years of experience as a receptionist, customer service representative and then as an executive administrative assistant to the president of a large company in Wisconsin. Most recently, she worked with physicians as a technical support specialist at a manufacturer of orthodontic appliances.

Patient Coordinator
Jody graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in business management. She was a chiropractic assistant for two years and then worked for five years as a banquet and special events manager for a local resort.

Patient Coordinator and Medical Assistant
Maritza graduated from the Pima Medical Institute in Tucson,Arizona as a certified nursing assistant. She has 7 years of experience as a medical assistant. For the last 4 years she has worked in the cosmetic surgery field. She has also worked in a multi-surgery clinic with University Physicians Healthcare and as a patient care technician for the University Medical Center trauma ICU unit.

Receptionist and Event Coordinator
Sandra came to Maxwell Aesthetics in May of 2008. In her role as receptionist, she ensures all visitors are welcomed and assisted in an efficient and friendly manner. She brings project management and marketing skills from her years with a local software company. At Maxwell Aesthetics she has had the opportunity to coordinate many of the marketing promotions and monthly open-house events.

Before joining Maxwell Aesthetics, Polly worked for over 11 years, as an administrative assistant for a large home builder. She is a graduate of Eastern Arizona College with a degree in business.

Website Administration
Before joining Maxwell Aesthetics, Celeste spent five years at a software company where she was a human resources coordinator and then a human resources database administrator. In her current role, Celeste maintains the Maxwell Aesthetics website and produces marketing materials and graphics for Maxwell Aesthetics.

Medical Spa Manager and Certified Medical Laser Technician
As a Certified Medical Laser Technician, Susan has extensive experience in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), microlaser peels, Fractional Erbium and laser vein removal. She has a background in massage and bodywork particularly Lymphatic Drainage. Susan joined Maxwell Aesthetics in 2006.

Licensed Aesthetician
Estella Bush joins the Maxwell Aesthetics team after leaving a thriving career at a Five Star resort in Scottsdale, AZ and a long history as a Make-up artist in the entertainment industry. After a long personal struggle with Cystic Acne Estella set out to learn about providing herself and others effective skin care treatments. She began her career as a Licensed Aesthetician in 1999, continuing with advanced skin care training from the Dermal Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. She has continued her education in chemical peels, medical strength products, is certified in Basic Lymphatic Drainage and has received her Medical Laser Technician Certification.

Sandy Seidel a Licensed Aesthetician with over six years experience came to us from an exclusive day spa here in Tucson, AZ. During her career she specialized and excelled in facial treatments and waxing. Sandy's knowledge with skin care has advanced with certifications in both medical strength products, chemical peels. She is also currently a Certified Medical Laser technician. Sandy continues to broaden her knowledge with cutting edge skin care allowing Maxwell Aesthetics to provide our clients with an assortment of effective and versatile treatments.

Permanent Make-up Artist
Stephanie is a Tucson native and graduated from The Art Center Design College. She is a part-time freelance graphic designer and real-estate agent. Before joining Maxwell Aesthetics, she worked for a high end cosmetics company for five years as a makeup artist and promotions assistant. Stephanie is currently the Maxwell Aesthetics permanent make-up artist specializing in brows, eyes, lips and scar camouflage. She also specializes in areola restoration for women who have completed breast reconstructive surgeries.

IT Support
Alex is our in-house technical whiz. He is particularly proud of his installation of the satellite audio sound system which enhances the building's relaxing atmosphere. Alex is also a full-time student.
