I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding team you have amongst you. The support and professionalism exhibited by you and your staff during my surgery, on July 16, 2008.

In April 2008 I met with Jody and Katie who both were wonderful and professional. The treatment I received was second to none from Christine, (I hope I got her name correct) the nurse that assisted Dr. Ramirez with my paperwork, and calming my fears on my surgery date. She was a joy and a ball of energy.

Dr. Ramirez was great as well, “my guardian angel”, as he put it. Tell him I am still waiting on my pulled pork from N.C. (LOL). From the administrative team, finance committee, receptionists, to the surgical nurses, Estella over in the facial department, all demonstrated a caring attitude. This kind of treatment made the surgical experience easier to endure.

I will recommend anyone that is thinking about undergoing any type of surgery to your clinic. I have learned that the cheapeast clinic isn’t always the best. There were other clinics less expensive but I am glad I chose your team.
