Letter from IPL Laser Skin Rejuvenation PatientLetter from IPL Laser Skin Rejuvenation Patient - February 8, 2009 I just had the most amazing, wonderful experience concerning Susan Simmons. She did an IPL in a series of 5 treatments and through those treatments I feel I have gotten to know her. First of all, I have had really bad, actually no results regarding laser treatments I had in the past...very expensive without any results. The claims listed on the website concerning IPL’s were very enticing however I was skeptical when I made the initial complementary consultation with Susan. She immediately put me at ease regarding the results I would expect, realistic however, very precise regarding the outcome. I was won over but still a bit skeptical. Well, I am ecstatic with the outcome! My face, initially not bad regarding redness, blotches etc, has transformed itself from an OK condition to a mega-fabulous condition. Susan did not disappoint. Although I am a bit shy, Susan put me totally at ease. She is not only gorgeous but so intelligent, kindly as well as wise yet so down to earth. To use an overused phrase: I really felt Susan’s positive energy on ALL 5 visits. No matter how busy she was, she always treated me like I was her most important client/patient. I felt pampered and cared for...lending to making me feel so relaxed and less self-conscious. Dr. Maxwell you do have brilliance for hiring such outstanding personnel. As is known, whomever is at the top of a company, agency, school, etc. really sets the tone for the entire business. I just absolutely LOVE walking into Maxwell Aesthetics...not only is your building very beautiful but the atmosphere is so loving. How do you do it?
